Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and you must meet the following conditions:

  • Item is returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Item has all original tags, labels, and packaging
  • Item is not a final sale or discounted item

 

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email at support@vestivo.shop. We will respond to your email within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be processed through Shopify Payments and may take several days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again or contact your bank for more information. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@vestivo.shop and we will look into the matter.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@vestivo.shop and we will provide instructions on how to exchange it for a replacement.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, especially for orders over $75, to ensure the safe return of your item.
